Your travel guide will take you through everything you need to know in easy stages and comes in two parts: Guide Book & Audio Guide
Both will be delivered to you in bite size, easy to follow pieces at regular intervals over roughly 12 weeks. Each section contains all the information you need to be successful with your weight goals. |

2. Guided Sessions |

At some point everyone needs to ask a personal question so at least once a week you will be invited to join in with a Guided Session. These group sessions take place over the phone and are your opportunity to hear an experienced How Many Calories Guide talking about and explaining an important element of the journey to being slim. We just give you the number and you call to join in, that’s it. They are easy to join in with and last 30 -45 minutes allowing you to get real support.

3. Emergency Breakdown Help |

Your Toolkit contains a long list of short, to the point audio recordings on a wide range of useful subjects that you can listen to whenever you need them, including from your mobile phone if it can surf the web. These are normally no more than 3 minutes long and are there for when you just need that extra boost and a bit of advice and information.

A lot of successful dieters keep a journal of their journey. It helps them understand why they think and behave the way they do, so we have designed a Journal template that will help you be as successful them. Some people keep it on their computer and others like to carry it around with them so they can add to it when they choose. |

But it’s actually free if you stop eating just one takeaway per week or drink one less bottle of wine a week, or simply forget to put the unnecessary calories in the shopping trolley. Oh, and of course you will be getting slim at the same time.
Just subscribe for as long as you need to get to where you want to be.
How Do I Get It?
