Q. What kind of person uses the Toolkit?

A. Anyone who has been frustrated with their weight loss results, lost faith in dieting and wants to understand why is hasn’t worked in the way they were led to believe it would. People who want real solutions.

Q. How long am I signing up for with the Toolkit?
A. The bulk of the content is provided over a 12 week period to help you get real results FAST.  There is more support after that and the weekly Guided Sessions continue, but it’s up to you to subscribe for as long as you need the Toolkit to get slim and to feel confident that you are going to stay there. Then say goodbye and spend your money on a new pair of jeans!

Q. Why can’t I get the Toolkit in one go?
A. The Toolkit provides you with step by step guidance to help you solve all your concerns surrounding your weight issues. We have found that people do better when they concentrate on one step at a time and allow themselves time to implement what they learn.

Q. What sort of results can I expect from using the Toolkit?
A. In our experience most people who follow our thinking surprise themselves. We invite you to read the Success Stories of others who have taken part in the How Many Calories experience.

Q. I’m not brilliant with computers, how easy is the Toolkit to use?
A. You are doing it already! It’s that easy PLUS we give you lots of help along the way.

Q. I can’t call into a Toolkit Guided Session, do I miss out completely?
A. No, we record them so you can always listen to them whenever you have the time, day or night. The recording will be listed and accessible in the Toolkit Members Area when you log in.

Q. Do I need to join in with every Guided Session?
A. No, they are there to help you by giving you a chance to ask questions and hear real life problems and solutions.

Q. Do I need to talk on the Guided Sessions?
A. No, you can join in and ask questions or just sit back and listen. Just bear in mind it is a great opportunity to get some personal feedback and advice if you do ask questions though!

Q. Do I need to attend a Road Show?
A. No, not everyone can get to a Road Show, or needs to, but if you get the chance we suggest that you do. You can meet Stephen and ask all the questions you want. It also helps you meet people like yourself so you know you are not alone in having these problems and it can give you a new impetus.

Q. What diet should I use?
A. If you stay on any diet you will get slim. The trick is to stay on it long enough for it to work. In the Toolkit we give advice on how to pick the best diet for you but essentially becoming slim is not really about diets. We don’t ever tell you what diet to do or what to eat. Many others have told you that and it didn’t work so we are not going to make the same mistake. We prefer to focus on what works.

Q. How do I stop my subscription when I have got to my goal weight?
A. If you log in to your PayPayl account you can stop the monthly subscription payment with the click of a button. You can also send us an email to unsubscribe@howmanycalories.co.uk with the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the title and we will make sure you are removed from all email reminders and notifications.

Q. How is my money protected?
A. We use PayPal so all payments are made via their secure 128 bit encrypted server.  We do not see any payment details or hold any credit card details.
