Calories are Calories
One of the things that we find ourselves talking about is being honest about how many calories we take in.
Most over weight people seriously under estimate or fail to acknowledge what and how much they actually eat.
It also doesn’t matter what sort of calories you eat because at the end of the day all the food you don’t burn up ends up on your hips or bum or stomach.
It also doesn’t matter if you eat them all in one go, at the end of the day or in the middle of the night!
How, when and what you eat does make a difference to how you feel during the day and it will affect your energy levels and health, but in the end the numbers don’t lie.
To be slim you need to understand the maths around dieting and the only way to get the maths right is to deal with your desire to eat badly.
