Dieting has a bad reputation … or at least the word has, because people associate dieting with feeling unhappy, with how they are looking and feeling and how deprived they are because they can’t eat all the yummy things that got them over weight in the first place.

Weight Loss Success Stories – Update
I have been on a bit of a mission to get really fit and that included signing up to a gym which I did at the end of August. Three months later I decided to do a bit of a review on my progress and see if it was still worth remaining a member.
