The boffins have found that eating chocolate can help you reduce the amount of wrinkles you get.
BUT … as usual there is a catch.
It only works with dark chocolate that is very high in flavanols, the antioxidants that occur naturally in cocoa beans which are the main ingredient in chocolate.
So it’s dark chocolate and not the stuff that most people eat too much of.
So can chocolate be good for you? Yes, but only when it’s the right sort and the right quantity.
