Processed food = risk of depression
In the News:People who eat more processed food are more at risk of depression. We all know the saying “you are what you eat” but it seems this goes a little further: “you think what you eat”.

Exercise DVDs … How Many Have You Got?
The other day I was thinking about all the diet books, cookery books, exercise DVDs, dumbbells, exercise mats and so on that I have spent money on over the years. Then I looked shamefully in my DVD collection and there was a box set of Davina DVDs still in their wrapper!
