Going to weight loss clubs is a common way of attempting to lose weight.
Many people use them to help get motivated and get advice but sometimes I question what goes on at these slimming clubs after some of the things I’ve heard.

How Many Calories is all about getting your brain going in the right direction so you make really good decisions about how you eat.
On a recent Roadshow one of the delegates told us about the behaviour of one lady whilst the weekly weigh-in was going on. As they waited for their turn she noticed the lady sending a text message to her husband ordering her Chinese takeaway for after the class!
