Although How Many Calories was mainly researched and written for people who over eat everything in it can be used for people who under eat.
Many people simply eat less when they are responding to the stresses and strains of life and they will ‘lose their appetite’.

Fat Clubs
Going to weight loss clubs is a common way of attempting to lose weight.
Many people use them to help get motivated and get advice but sometimes I question what goes on at these slimming clubs after some of the things I’ve heard.
