The power of hunger
Once again I heard on the radio that feeling hungry on a diet is a thing to be avoided. NO!!!!
Hunger is your body’s way of telling you when it’s the right time to eat.
Just remember to recognise when it is physical hunger and not an emotional hunger.
Slim people tend to enjoy feeling hungry because they can look forward to the meal they are going to have. They just don’t snack in between.
