Finding it hard to set a goal weight?
One of the most common reasons why people fail to set a goal weight is because then they have a real target that they have no choice but to achieve or fail.
A goal means commitment and committing means we then have to do it for real.
So not setting a goal is one way of failing gently.
How long have you been failing gently?В And is it really that gentle?
P.S. Most people who say they can’t set a goal do know what they want. Hands up who wants to look and feel great, sexy, confident and have good health? Anyone?
