Calorie counting anyone?

Counting calories is tiresome isn’t it? So most people don’t like doing it.

The trouble is, if you are not paying attention, those extra calories really start to add up: 50 here, 121 there and so on until, somehow, you are eating far more than you think you are.

It’s like most peoples bank accounts: £20 spent there, £12 here, £52.75 there and all of a sudden … where did it go?

If you just keep an eye on those extra little bits then at the end of a week you will be astonished at how much you did not eat.

Top tip to keep you motivated: Keep a log of all the things you said, “I don’t need you” in your Journal then do a quick tot up at the end of the week to see how many calories you are not carrying on your hips.  How good would you feel then!

Make a game of it, have some fun.
